Terms and Conditions of Use for maicom.com

This document establishes the terms and conditions for using the maicom.com website, as well as the general conditions for purchasing products and services marketed through it. The Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and other related documents are an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

"Clasalim Lux" S.R.L. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will apply exclusively to new orders placed after their publication on the website.

General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions, along with the information about products displayed on the website, constitute a public offer in accordance with Article 681 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Moldova and Law No. 284 on Electronic Commerce.

The client accepts the terms and conditions by checking the "I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions" box. The relationship between the client and the seller is governed by Law No. 105 of 13.03.2003 on consumer rights protection and other relevant regulations.

The seller reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions, and the client is obliged to periodically monitor any changes.

Registration on the Website

The seller is not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by the client during registration.

Order Registration and Delivery Time

The client can place an order directly on the website. During registration, the client must provide the following information:

Name and surname of the client or the order recipient;

Delivery address;

Contact phone number;

Email address.

After placing the order, the client will receive information about the estimated delivery date, which depends on the availability of the products in the seller’s warehouse and the time required to process the order.

Refusal to Register an Order

The seller has the right to refuse to register an order if the client has previously refused 5 or more orders for reasons not related to product defects.

Unavailability of Ordered Products

If the ordered product is out of stock, the seller has the right to cancel the order and must inform the client via email or phone. For prepaid orders, the amount paid will be refunded to the client using the same payment method initially used.

Advisory Materials

All materials displayed on the website are for informational purposes only. They may not fully convey exact information about product characteristics (including color, size, shape).

Payment and Delivery

Payment Methods

Orders can be paid for online via bank card. The following card types are accepted:

Visa;

Mastercard.

Delivery Time

The delivery time for orders within Chișinău does not exceed 7 working days. Upon delivery, the client will receive the following documents:

Fiscal receipt;

Product documentation (if applicable).

Client Notes

The client must ensure unrestricted access for delivery;

The client must be present at the specified address at the agreed date and time;

The client must check the delivered products for visible defects (scratches, dents, etc.). Claims regarding visible defects will not be accepted after the product is received.

Return and Exchange Policy

General Conditions

In accordance with Law No. 105-XV of 13.03.2003 on consumer protection, the client may request, within 14 calendar days, to exchange a product for a similar one or receive a refund for it, provided that the product:

Has not been used;

Is not damaged;

Is accompanied by purchase documents (receipt, invoice).

Defective Products

Claims regarding defective products can be made within 30 days of purchase, provided the defect is due to manufacturing and not normal wear and tear.

Refunds

The amount paid will be refunded using the same payment method initially used, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the returned product.

Personal Data Protection

"Clasalim Lux" S.R.L. is a registered personal data operator, in accordance with Law No. 133 of July 8, 2011, on personal data protection. The information provided by clients is used solely for the purposes for which it was collected.

Categories of Data Collected:

Name and surname;

Delivery address;

Contact phone number;

Email address.

Personal data is required for processing orders, resolving complaints, and issuing fiscal documents, in accordance with applicable legislation.

Confidentiality

Clients’ personal information will not be disclosed to third parties, except as required by law.
